THE STONES SPEAK TO YOU

AR installation, 2021

 

 "The stones speak to you" is a collaborative work by three artists, Soojin Ok, Kihuun Park, and Jeesoo Hong. It was presented during the City Leaks Festival 2021 in Cologne.

 

 In the vacant railway arches in Cologne's quarter of Ehrenfeld, the three artists explored and researched the history of the space and its architecture. In the end, they launched an AR installation there, which connects the space with other memories. And allows the audience to excavate historical or unofficial events and travel beyond time. Everything they could see there had happened or will happen at the same place.
