“WaterCut” is the developed form of my previous work, “The Path leading Down to the Caretaker’s Shower Room (2024)” which is a sound installation with a huge scale of plastic sheets covering the entire staircase and the sound composition came from the field recordings of the research.

Another related work interacting with the display window of a gallery space.
“Walls, Corners and Algae Blooms (2025)”
To the gallery space, the work brought the life of an abandoned swimming pool, in which algae grew and transformed the once clear water into a vague, green habitat of various aquatic organisms. The display windows were covered by green semi-see-through fabric, and the inside was composed of three beam projections and a dampened underwater soundscape, which also included outside noises, such as cars passing and children playing around the neighbourhood of the pool, muffled by the water.
